Upper Makefield Retreat

Nestled in Bucks County, Pennsylvania is a bucolic 22-acre property.  CVDA was asked to complete a master plan that redesigned vehicular circulation, site access, terraces, screening of offsite views, a bocci ball court, fire pit, and an arbor over the terrace. Woodshed, garden shed and perennial gardens were created to enhance all views of the property.
