Westtown Township, Chester County, selected CVDA to design and install a constructed wetland in Tyson Park. The Township sought to improve the water quality of the Goose Creek watershed but dreamed of a solution that would not look ‘too engineered.’  CVDA created a restored wetland habitat with exciting eco-zones and unique horticultural experiences.  Working closely with ecologists and native plant and meadow specialists, CVDA designed a series of bioswale habitat zones of classic and bold plant associations, with walking paths and interpretive signage.  After approval of the plan, CVDA created park signage.
