The Manor at Yorktown

CVDA was retained by Penn’s Grant Corp to develop the landscape plan and site amenities for this sixty- four-unit seniors apartment development.  The development is managed by Liberty Lutheran.  CVDA provided the design for the fountains, sidewalks and entrance signage.  The first impression of the site is a landscaped island with a fountain and benches.  On axis with the rear terrace are a fountain and gazebo.  The rear terraces of the ground floor apartments are accessible to the fountain courtyard garden.  A looped walkway interconnects the gardens.  Hedges and flowering trees were used to create privacy for the individual terraces.
