Penn Color Headquarters

Penn Color is an international company with its corporate headquarters located in Hatfield, Pa. CVDA was approached by Penn Color to develop some landscape enhancements for their new building that would create a unique brand to reflect the modern corporate image that they were achieving with the newly renovated buildings. The intent was to create a strong image that was easy to maintain within the context of an industrial setting.

 

The project expanded to include a new circulation for delivery trucks and employee parking including a new entrance gatehouse and security fencing system that met the requirements of Homeland Security, new color coordinated sidewalks and featured entrances to the main buildings, a shaded outdoor terrace next to the design center for entertaining international guests, new walking trails and outdoor amenity areas for the employees, the restoration of an adjacent parcel to include a sustainable meadow, privacy fencing, landscape screening, and a loop walking trail system, and coordination of a new wayfinding signage system that reflected their new brand.
