Meridian at Eagleview

Location:  Uwchlan Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania

CVDA was selected to design a courtyard that would provide a multi-purpose outdoor living space for the residents of a new five-story senior complex within the town center of Eagleview. The program included a multi-purpose lawn, a reflecting pool with waterfall feature, outdoor barbeque areas, a lounge area with fire pits, a space for reclining chairs next to the indoor pool, and an outdoor café seating section next to the interior café/bar. Upon completion of the overall design, the client requested CVDA to redesign the exterior landscape plan for the entire complex to unify the landscape design character of the development.
