Long Island National Cemetery Project: To design/build 6,000 Columbarium Niches.  The existing Cemetery was full.  Therefore to accommodate new burials the Cemetery closed an existing road and developed a new columbarium area.  The project involved constructing three new double-sided walls with 1,500 columbarium niches per side.  A double row of existing trees was preserved to create an allee for the columbarium walls.
New concrete walks replaced the existing asphalt roadway
