The successful redevelopment of this former industrial site in Doylestown was years in the planning. The 18.5-acre site along the North Broad Street Corridor was a key component in the Borough’s economic development plan. Throughout the process, neo-traditional planning concepts were embraced to create an exceptional living community in Doylestown. The planning team worked closely with the Borough to create a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) Ordinance that ensures a mix of residential and commercial uses, significant green space and a well-planned network of streets and alleys. The architecture is characterized by a focus on building types and details that complement the Borough’s architecture. The project was so successful that buyers were waiting in line when residential units became open to purchase.
