Easton Park

Project:  Art Park/Urban Farm

CVDA was retained by the City of Easton to develop park concept plans for various parts of the city.  In conjunction with the City Art walk, and recent expansion of apartment conversions of industrial properties, the art park project was developed to provide educational and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
Program elements included community building, water features and an amphitheater.  

 

The urban farm project involves the expansion of an existing community garden to include a nursery to grow street trees and educational facilities for school field trips.  The project includes a looped trail system, expanded parking and connections to the regional bike/hike system.
