Carter van Dyke Associates was retained to complete the landscape and site lighting plans for land development application and approvals. The work included landscape plans, buffer planting plans, riparian buffer plantings, streetscape enhancements, and site lighting plans for the new 211,300 square foot warehouse building on 24.23-acre site. One unique feature of the site is that a stream runs through the front portion of the site requiring extensive buffering and streetscape improvements. Underground stormwater storage areas were used under the main parking lot requiring modifications to the light pole footer design and the landscaping.
