Clinton Township Design Guidelines

The Township of Clinton retained Carter van Dyke Associates to work in association with the Planning Board consultant professionals to create design guidelines for commercial and office campus corridors throughout the Township.

 

Due to Clinton’s rapid growth and development over recent years, Board professionals were asked to list the Township’s values and create a long term vision plan.  Design guidelines were created to address architectural design, site design, stormwater management, parking locations, landscape design and master planned roads along the Township’s highway corridors NJ Route 31, Interstate 78 and NJ Route 22.  CVDA also served Clinton Township’s Planning Board and Board of Adjustment as Consultant Landscape Architect and Consultant Architect.
