Motivated to find intellectual meaning at a conceptual level, Jurgita is also striving to develop construction elements and planting plans to the last detail. She enjoys looking for creative solutions in any challenging project, however Jurgita is especially interested in the design of public spaces, such as plazas, botanical gardens and healing gardens at healthcare institutions. The Master Plan she developed for the Siauliai Botanic Garden (Lithuania) was selected as a finalist in the Bursary Award category at the Living Communities international competition. Jurgita received a Bachelor's degree in Architecture in Lithuania, studied design in Denmark, and graduated with Master’s degree in Landscape architecture from the University of Michigan, which all contribute to her unique blending of multi-cultural and interdisciplinary experiences. Jurgita is a member of APGA (American Public Gardens Association).
