Andy is a landscape architect and planner whose work is seen as innovative and green. His approach to campus, public, and residential design and implementation is based on combining green technology, an understanding of natural systems, and site-specific sense of place. Andy’s community design and development work includes smart growth initiatives, streetscape design, Transit Revitalization Investment Districts, transit-oriented design, and neo-traditional and urban planning combine to create a sustainable community. Andy periodically teaches and is active in bicycle advocacy. He serves on the East Coast Greenway as a member of the National Trail Council and as the Chair of Pennsylvania.
