Peter R. Fernandez, RLA, ASLA

Mr. Fernandez has a variety of extensive experience related to horticulture, maintenance management, campus, corporate and cemetery design; highway, urban, residential, and subdivision design; railroad reconstruction, bikeway design, healing gardens and landscape restoration.
As an ecological planner, landscape architect, and horticulturist Mr. Fernandez is committed to the restoration and rehabilitation of native landscapes using indigenous plant material, and recognizes the importance of developing creative yet cost effective designs that address long-term maintenance issues. Mr. Fernandez’ experience has been consistently hands-on, and he has over 30 years of experience related to site engineering, site inspection and horticulture.

Mr. Fernandez obtained a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania; a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture and Bachelors of Environmental Studies from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry; and an Associates of Ornamental Horticulture from SUNY Alfred Agricultural and Technical College. He is registered Landscape Architect in Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Ohio, Texas and Maryland. He is a Certified Landscape Architect in New Jersey and holds a certificate from the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB).
